As a prerequisite for granting access rights, Alholmens Kraft may require approved safety training and an examination for all those entering the factory site and store this performance data in its system. If necessary, security training can be accompanied by registration in the identification system maintained by the company (PIN code system).
Personal data may also be updated from population registers and other third-party registers.

We will only store the user’s data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes specified above in accordance with the legislation in force at the time in question.

The retention periods for data stored on such grounds generally vary from two to ten years and may be based on the Accounting Act or the Aliens Act, for example.
With the separate consent of the data subject, data may be disclosed to the controller’s subcontractors or other partners. For mandatory safety exams completed by subcontractors’ employees, information is provided only to confirm whether they have passed, failed or not attended the exam.
Without consent, information will only be disclosed to the authorities or other authorised parties in situations required by law.
