Corrected: Error in links to safety training for fuel suppliers' drivers

A bug that prevented access to safety training for contractors and fuel suppliers has now been fixed.

Cause of the problem

The problem has occurred in the last two weeks due to browser updates (at least Chrome and Firefox).
